Black Tartarian is a very popular variety of sweet cherry for the home orchard. It produces large, dark purple/black fruit with a sweet flavor that is great for fresh eating and preserves. This cultivar is also on of the best pollinators for other sweet cherries.

*To grow outstanding fruit trees: We recommend using Biotone Starter & Organic Potting Mix at time of planting. For great future growth, feed with Garden Tone fertilizer 2 times per year (spring/fall).
