'Genie' Magnolia is a wonderful color breakthrough in the Magnolia family, with lots of black-red flower buds that open to small cup-shaped rose-purple blooms. Flowers are lightly fragrant, and the bloom period is from April to May. Mature size is approximately 12-15' tall and 8' wide. Plants are approximately 4' tall now.

*To create the perfect growing environment: We recommend using Biotone Starter & Organic Potting Mix at time of planting. For great future growth, feed with Holly Tone fertilizer 2 times per year (spring/fall) and Soil Acidifier 1 time per year.
