After you purchase a Custom Landscape Design, you will receive a Welcome Email stepping you through the process.

How to get started...

Step 1: Using this Online Store, Purchase 1 Design Fee for every area you would like to have a custom design created for. (For areas wider than 50' we recommend splitting up into multiple pictures/designs)

Step 2: Immediately following your online purchase, you should receive 3 separate emails: 1. Order Confirmation, 2. Payment Confirmation and 3. Your Files Are Ready For Download Email. After opening your downloadable file, simply answer and return the information requested by emailing to: lancastergreenhouse@ymail.com (not gmail).

Here are examples of the basic information we will need:

-Favorite plants that you would like to have included in the design and...plants that you dislike and you would rather not have included

-How much sun do your landscape areas receive throughout the day (full sun, morning sun only, afternoon sun only or mostly shade)

-Any other unique challenges such as deer eating your plants, heavy winds, very heavy clay soil etc.

-Overall goal with new landscaping. Example: "Create a layout that looks attractive throughout the entire year and relatively low maintenance."

Custom landscape designs will typically be completed in 7-10 days and can be either emailed or texted back to you. After you receive your completed landscape designs, know that we are here to help! We offer delivery services for all of our plants, mulches and soils and would be happy to bring everything to you!
